EXTENDED RETURNS FOR THE GIFTING SEASON
For purchases made between 12th October 2026 and 13th December 2026, we offer an extended return window until the 10th of January 2027.

REFUND POLICY
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please return it to us in its original condition.
Please keep your dispatch note as this may be requested with your return.
RETURNS
For online purchases: If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please return it to us in its original condition.
The garments must be unused and with all relevant tags still attached. Our packaging is a part of the product and must be returned with the goods. This is also to ensure that the product(s) arrive back to us in a suitable and undamaged state. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. Refunds exclude any delivery & shipping costs.
Please note we are currently not offering exchanges; we do apologise for the inconvenience this may cause. Additionally, personalised items are not eligible for return and will be refused and sent back to the customer.
Any free gifts that are sent with your order must also be returned with your order. These must be included in your return package to qualify for a refund.
Should you wish to return your products please use our returns portal. Click the link below to process your shipping label and this will then instruct you on the next steps to progress with your return.
Make sure you have the correct order number and are using the correct email address that you originally placed your order with when returning your items through our portal.
All returns are charged at £5.50. This is deducted from the refund amount.
